This movie is shot from the perspective of children who are forgotten in a corner of today's materially rich Japanese society and who cannot get enough food every day. Yuto is a fifth-grade elementary school student whose parents run a cafeteria. He and his sister live a stable life with no worries about food and clothing every day. On the other hand, Yuto's good friend Takashi's family is a single-parent family who doesn't care about their children at all. Therefore, Yuto's parents often bring Takashi home for dinner. One day, Yuto met two sisters who lived in a car with their father, and he asked his parents to cook for them. A few days later, the father of the two sisters disappeared. So Yuto and Takashi took the two sisters on an unexpected action...
