Tibetan doctor Danzeng planned to go to the mainland to enjoy retirement life with his wife Qiao Yanru, who was about to retire, but his wife filed for divorce. His daughter Dazhen, who was on a business trip back to Tibet, faced the dual pressures of family and career. Jumei, an equestrian team member who was about to retire, faced the final decision of her career as an athlete. His younger sister Gesang actually ran away from the pastoral area to Lhasa and insisted on applying for a pilot. In the end, Sonam and Dazhen went from constant conflicts to mutual understanding and cooperation, and decided to start a business together; Tashi found the right career path with the help of doctors in Tibet; and Quzong also reaped his own happiness. Jumei gave up the opportunity for stability and was determined to fight hard, and Gesang overcame difficulties and embarked on the road of learning to fly.
