Octavia Spencer and John Hawkes will star in the independent thriller "Small Town Crime". The film tells the story of an alcoholic former policeman played by Hawkes who accidentally discovered a female corpse and accidentally put his family in danger. He had to fight against evil forces while searching for the murderer.
