The Star Wars series will launch a new animation "Star Wars Resistance". This series is already in production and tells the story of Kazuda Xiono, a young pilot of the Resistance, who received a top-secret mission to spy on the First Order before the story of "Star Wars 7". Popular characters such as BB-8, Poe Dameron, and Captain Phasma will appear, and the actors of the latter two, Oscar Isaac and Gwendoline Christie, will also voice the corresponding characters. The production team includes many team members of Star Wars animations such as "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" and "Star Wars: Rise of the Rebels". The main creator is Dave Filoni, an old Lucas employee. The show is expected to be broadcast on Disney Channel and Disney XD this fall.
