This film is adapted from the novel of the same name by mystery novelist Mikito Chinen. The background is set in a former psychiatric hospital enclosed by iron bars. It tells the story of an incident in which 64 unidentified inpatients and staff were imprisoned in the prison. Hayami (played by Sakaguchi) who was implicated encountered incredible things one after another in the hospital and tried to escape.
