Annette Bening, Adam Driver, Jon Hamm, Jennifer Morrison star in the new film "Torture Report" (The Torture Report) with several new cast members: Tim Blake Nelson, Ben McKenzie, Matthew Rhys, Ted Levine, Michael C. Hall. Scott Z. Burns ("Side Effects" and "Jason Bourne") wrote and directed the film, focusing on the CIA's extreme interrogation plan for detainees after the 9/11 incident. The US Senate Intelligence Committee released a more than 500-page report in 2016, detailing the shocking interrogation methods. Vice Studios invested in the production and will look for buyers in Cannes. Filming started in New York last week.
