A capable Interpol agent is sent to Eastern Europe to lead a special team to investigate gun smuggling cases throughout the Balkans. During an investigation of a Russian gun dealer, the team unfortunately exchanged fire with a gypsy gang and a street gunfight broke out, and one of the team members was killed. The agent was filled with anger, and in order to avenge his brother, he staged a thrilling revenge battle.
