The film is the sequel to "Out of Control", and tells the story of the BOSS who was released from prison and the resigned Echo who took on a new mission to solve a thorny problem of their former commander "General". Little did they know that they had fallen into a trap and were fighting desperately in the struggle between trust and betrayal. For the sake of just judgment and survival, they could only fight back.
