Tokuro Akamatsu is a down-to-earth owner of a small transportation company who has been working hard to maintain his company. However, one day a tire of his company's truck flew off, causing the death of a young mother. When the police and the media believed that he was the murderer, Akamatsu found out that similar accidents had occurred across the country, all involving cars from the large automobile manufacturer "Hope Motors". So in order to prove his innocence and seek justice, Akamatsu challenged the huge company alone.
