After escaping North Korea, Roh Ki-wan (Song Joong-ki) has difficulty obtaining refugee status in Belgium. There, he meets a depressed woman (Choi Seong-eun) who has lost all hope. The film is based on the novel of the same name by writer Cho Hae-jin.
