The film tells the story of the "Second Battle of Yeonpyeong" that took place in the West Sea of South Korea in June 2002. Kim Mu-yeol will play the real historical figure, the Navy Captain Yoon Young-ha who died in the Battle of Yeonpyeong. Qin Jiu will play the Lieutenant Han Sang-guk who fought to the last moment of his life, and Lee Hyun-woo will play the role of Corps Captain Park Dong-hyuk.
