In a busy metropolis, everyone lives in a fast-paced world. The heavy burden of life makes them unable to consider other things. However, there are always some shadows that affect them from time to time. Yumei (played by Isabella Leong) found out that she was pregnant with her boyfriend Axiang (played by Zhang Xiaoquan), but because of the shadow of her mother (played by Angelica Lee) dying in childbirth after her parents divorced in the past, she has been shrouded in the shadow of her mother's (played by Angelica Lee) dystocia, making her lost.
