Jimmy Bobo (Sylvester Stallone) is a killer who is involved in the underworld and has a knife that licks blood. He adheres to the principle of not killing women and children, and sends scum to hell with his partner Louis Blanchardon (Jon Seda), who has cooperated for six years.
