Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Emile Hirsch, Paz Vega (Talk to Her), and Jeremy Piven (Edge of Tomorrow) will co-star in the black thriller American Night. The film will be the directorial debut of Alessio Jim Della Valle, who wrote the script himself. The film tells the story of Michael Rubino (played by Hirsch), who has just become the head of the New York Mafia, but his biggest dream is to devote his life to painting and become a great artist. Art dealer John Kaplan (played by Meyers) seems to have a chaotic life, but he still has the best eyes to detect fakes around the world. When Andy Warhol's "Pink Marilyn" is stolen, the two strangers intersect, and all this will subvert their lives.
