Adapted from a popular webtoon with over 100 million hits and 1.97 million subscribers (Kakaopage), the film is directed by Kang Yoon-sung. It tells the story of Jang Se-chul (Kim Rae-won), a gangster from Mokpo, who accidentally runs for a seat in the National Assembly election and becomes a politician, changing the face of the country.
