Colonel Catherine (Helen Mirren) led the British intelligence unit to hunt down a female terrorist for six years. With the U.S. military joining the high-altitude surveillance operation, they finally found a suspected figure of her in a secret base. When the special forces were ready to capture her alive, the high-altitude reconnaissance personnel unexpectedly discovered that the terrorist was plotting a suicide bombing with others. In order to prevent harm, Catherine ordered the bombing of the secret base to annihilate the enemy.
