Plot:
When the economic crisis broke out in 2008, Pete Sullivan (Zachary Quinto), an analyst at a Wall Street investment bank, discovered that the company's property assessment had huge loopholes, which would lead to the bank's bankruptcy. The company's top management held a meeting overnight in the hope of saving the company. Experienced stockbroker Sam Rogers (Kevin Spacey), securities broker Judd Cohen (Simon Baker), financial crisis analyst Sarah Robertson (Demi Moore), and CEO John Tuld (Jeremy Irons) all came to the meeting. The meeting decided that the bank would sell debt and stocks at extremely low prices.
