Sze-To Po (Louis Koo), once known as the "Little Judo King Kong", was once a master, but now he has given up judo and has fallen into debt, gambling and alcoholism. The new judo champion Tony (Aaron Kwok) comes to challenge Sze-To Po, trying to compete with him.
