Ichinose Kai (voiced by Saito Souma) has loved the piano since he was a child and is recognized as a talented pianist. By chance, Kai found an abandoned piano in the forest, and only Kai could play beautiful music through this piano. This special piano has trained Kai's playing skills and allowed him to gain more experience than ordinary people. Ajino Sosuke (voiced by Suwabe Junichi) was also a talented pianist. However, an unexpected car accident forced him to bid farewell to his career. Sosuke, who was brooding over the past, became Kai's uncle and placed his unfulfilled expectations on him. Amemiya Shuhei (voiced by Hanae Natsuki) is Kai's fateful opponent. The two are both enemies and friends, competing with each other and moving forward together.
