Lieutenant Osman tells a story to a beautiful girl. In order to escape the unfair treatment she suffered, the American nurse went to Turkey, which was about to become a battlefield of World War I, to engage in medical work. During the war, she fell in love with an Ottoman Army lieutenant who was regarded as an enemy. She had to make her own choice between love and hate, and thus a love story between an American nurse and a Turkish officer unfolded.
