A hitman named Kai (Mark Dacascos) flies to Bangkok, grabs a gun, and orders a cab. He offers a professional female driver a large sum of money to be his all-night driver. But when she realizes Kai is committing brutal murders at each stop, it's too late to leave. Meanwhile, an offbeat police detective (Kane Kossugi) races to decipher this string of murders before more blood is spilled.
