"The Pirates" is the debut work written and directed by the assistant director Kim Hyung-joo (transliteration). The story is set in Gijang, Busan, and tells the story of a former detective in a small area who suspects that a successful entrepreneur from Seoul is a drug dealer, and is full of suspicion and rushing around.
