The sanctimonious officer Ko Gun-soo (Lee Sun-kyun) of the Suwon Police Station is at a critical juncture in his life. His mother had just passed away. The police station was investigated by the prosecutor for his and his colleagues' suspected bribery. On the way home to attend the funeral, he drove too fast and accidentally killed someone. Ko rushed around, exhausted, and finally escaped by hiding his life. After finally getting through the crisis, Ko and his colleagues were ordered to track down a wanted criminal, but they found that the other party was the person they hit.
