Adapted from the comic book of the same name, the story is set in the near future, and the world is in chaos. In order to solve the problem, the government plans to secretly broadcast a radio signal to prevent everyone from committing crimes. Time is limited, and the three-man gang (Edgar Ramirez, Anna Brewster, and Michael Pitt) decide to do a big job and complete the robbery plan before the government starts broadcasting. And their action will also become the last criminal activity in American history.
