Directed by Anthony Jean [Succession of the Viper], the script was written by Andrew Crabtree. Starring Margarita Levieva, Josh Hartnett, Chandler Riggs, and Bruce Dern, the film focuses on the prescription drug incident prevalent in West Virginia. It tells the story of three siblings who try to escape the violent vortex that imprisoned them after their father's death. They find that in economically backward areas, only drug trafficking can survive, and this business is difficult to quit.
