The film is set in Indochina in 1959, a land without rules and mercy. Adkins plays a boxer and a part-time bar bouncer who seeks revenge for his lover and family. Indochina, now known as Indochina, means "the peninsula south of China". Many Chinese actors and actresses are present in the film.
