The story is set in Lishan 30 years ago. A daughter who is still a college student suddenly returns to her hometown in Lishan to see her father, intending to stay for a few days before leaving. The father, who is generous but has a bad temper, has a baby with his stepmother and makes a living by selling pesticides. He is in conflict with a local competitor for agency rights, and the whole village knows about it.
