Takuko Sawahara (Ryoko Yonekura) is an experienced lawyer. She is a wolf in the workplace and often does whatever it takes to win. One day, her colleague Masao Harayama (Masahiko Tsukawa) found Takuko and entrusted her with a case on his hands. The defendant was a woman named Shirakawa Kumako (Kuroki Hana), who was accused by the police of killing her husband Fukutaro (Baijaku Nakamura). In a car accident, Fukutaro was unfortunately killed, and Kumako survived. Although Kumako repeatedly emphasized that the car accident was just a simple accident, the police still found a wrench stained with Fukutaro's blood in the car, and Kumako, who repeatedly lied and cheated, was also named a villain and was strongly condemned by public opinion. Intuition tells Takuko that Kumako is innocent.
