Plot:
Ben-Hur: A Christian Story is a fictionalized Jewish prince, Judah Ben-Hur. It tells a story similar to The Count of Monte Cristo, showing us his tortuous and legendary life, in which he was framed because of his different beliefs from his friend, then exiled, sold into slavery, became a gladiator and returned home for revenge, and finally became a believer of Jesus. The new version of Ben-Hur is directed by Timur Bekmambetov, the director of Wanted, and the script is written by John Ridley, the screenwriter of 12 Years a Slave, based on Keith Clarke's first draft.
