Cash (Orlando Bloom) tries to live an honest and quiet life, taking care of his niece Savannah in Odin County in the Appalachian Mountains. But the town's ruler, the sadistic Queen "Big Cat" (Andie MacDowell), forces him to return to serve her, making Cash realize that he will do anything to protect his only family and town-even killing people. As the journey becomes more difficult, Cash falls into a nightmare that blurs the line between good and evil.
