The film tells the story of a brutal dictator from a certain country who comes to New York to attend a UN conference, only to find that he has been replaced by his second-in-command while he is away from home. The dictator has always trusted a friend who looks like a shepherd. The dictator, who is stranded in New York and has no home to return to, meets a beautiful organic food store owner (played by Anna Faris), who gives him a new understanding of oppression and his own life path.
