Natasha (Yancy Butler) is young and rich. This time she came to New Orleans specifically to find her long-lost father who had been a veteran. However, she was robbed as soon as she entered the city. The unemployed sailor Xanth (Jean-Claude Van Damme) bravely helped her beat the robbers. Seeing that Xanth had a sense of justice, Natasha hired him to find her father.
