The film recreates the historical legend of Tomyris, the queen of the Scythian Massagetae steppe, who killed Cyrus II, the king of the Achaemenid dynasty of Persia. Tomyris was destined to become an outstanding fighter, but before becoming a legend, she had to sacrifice the people closest to her.
