The film tells the story of a simple Indian man with devout religious beliefs who helps a Pakistani mute girl reunite with her parents. Pawan (Salman Khan), a Hindu, meets Shahida (Harshali Malhotra), a little Muslim girl who has lost her mother and has a language barrier, by chance. After learning that Shahida is Pakistani, Pawan decides to help her go home, but on the way back to Pakistan, he encounters obstacles everywhere, encounters conflicts with the consulate, and is deceived by the tourism bureau. Pawan is determined to do everything he can to bring Shahida back to her hometown to reunite with her family at all costs.
