Based on a true story, American boy Zach Sobieh was diagnosed with osteosarcoma at the age of 14 (died at the age of 18). Multiple surgeries and chemotherapy failed to curb the development of cancer. After learning that he only had a few months to live, he wrote the song "Clouds" to thank the people around him and everything he had experienced, and to face it optimistically.
