In the face of rising crime and gun violence, Detroit police go into all-out war on gun-discharging dealers. With the cooperation of the FBI, they target a criminal named Rich. As the exchange of guns becomes more frequent and Rich steps in to save his life, they form a bond with his supplier and lover Gabriella.
