Kim Rae-won plays a detective whose brother is murdered by a criminal gang. In order to find out the truth of the incident, he enters the prison as a prisoner and approaches the person who dominates the prison. The prison overlord played by Han Suk-kyu has some kind of deal with the top government officials, so he can cover the sky with one hand in the prison.
