The film is adapted from the global phenomenon novel "Fifty Shades of Grey". The film tells the story of an innocent 21-year-old female college student Anastasia Steele (based on Bella) who went to interview the 28-year-old handsome entrepreneur Christian Grey (based on Edward) for a report for the school newspaper. Sparks of love were ignited between the two, but soon Ana discovered a shocking secret of Grey: he likes SM (sexual abuse). After learning the truth, Ana constantly struggles between the edge of love and pain, and as a result, she constantly discovers her unknown dark side. The film will have its world premiere and special screening at the 65th Berlin Film Festival on February 11, 2015, Berlin time.
