"Prosecutor's Side Story" tells the story of a prosecutor played by Hwang Jung-min who was wrongly accused of murder and sentenced to prison. In prison, he met a fraudster played by Kang Dong-won, and used his talents of stealing, robbing, kidnapping and cheating to take revenge on the underworld organization.
