Retired Chinese British soldier Kwan Chiu (Lam Ka-tung) joins the underworld to make a living, but due to the economic downturn in recent years, he often has difficulty making ends meet. One day, a South Asian gangster named Vinny (Bipin Karma) accidentally breaks into Kwan Chiu's house to avoid his enemies. Vinny begs him to take him in for five days with a reward of NT$300,000, and Kwan Chiu gladly accepts. On the other side of the room, Kwan Chiu earlier facilitated a money-grubbing smuggling deal between underworld boss Da Kou Tai (Yuen Fu-wah) and Taiwanese gangster Cai Fu (Du Yan-ge). After receiving the goods, Da Kou Tai discovered that the goods were not right and asked Kwan Chiu to return the NT$1.5 million deposit! Vinny suddenly took out a bag of drugs for Kwan Chiu to exchange for money to pay off his debts. Just when things seemed to be over, Vinny was captured by Da Kou Tai's men again!
