"Voice 4" is subtitled "Time of Trial". It mainly tells the story of the 112 Center's key personnel who guard the crime scene during prime time come to Jeju Island, the largest tourist destination in the Republic of Korea, and engage in a fierce battle with the four-personality serial killer who manipulates law-breaking teenagers to brutally kill their entire family in Xiaolang Village, a family village in Daan.
