Amanda Seyfried is in talks to star in Netflix's supernatural thriller Things Heard & Seen, written and directed by Shari Spinger Berman & Robert Pacini (The Nanny Diaries, The Hallows). Adapted from Elizabeth Brundage's book All Things Cease to Appear, the film is similar in style to The Haunting of Invasion. The story revolves around a young couple who move to a farm near a small town in northern New York. The new home is cursed by the previous owner's murder. As the haunted secrets are revealed, their marriage also reveals a dark side.
