The story is based on the real case of the "GG Plan", a major drug-related case in Guangdong that shocked the whole country. It tells the story of the young special police officer Wang Xin and members of the drug-related brigade, led by captain Li Guangfeng, who actively implemented the "Flash Sniper Operation" and engaged in a fierce battle with international drug dealers represented by Jin Ye, and ultimately won the victory in their heroic drug-related anti-drug deeds.
