Plot:
Jude Law's son Raff Law, Michael Caine, "Cersei" Lena Headey, and Rita Ora will star in the new version of "Oliver Twist". The film is called "Twist" (the protagonist Oliver's surname means "reversal"), which is a modern, partially gender-reversed version of Dickens' classic novel, produced by Sky. Law plays Oliver, a street artist in contemporary London. He encounters a group of con men, led by the charming Dodge (Ora), and Oliver is involved in a high-stakes theft case to steal a priceless painting for the thief Fagin (Cane) and his perverted business partner Sikes (Heidi). Franz Drameh (Legends of Tomorrow), David Walliams (Little Britain), and Sophie Simnett (Dawn) also starred. Martin Owen (Killers Anonymous) directed the film, and John Wrathall (The Obstructionist) wrote the screenplay. Filming will start in London this fall.
