This film tells a famous story in World War II. In 1941, the German army assembled its best troops to launch a powerful offensive against Moscow, known as the "Typhoon", with the goal of capturing the city before winter. The 28 soldiers of the Soviet "Panfilov Infantry Division" blocked this ambitious invading army with only one 45mm anti-tank gun, several anti-tank rifles, anti-tank grenades and Molotov cocktails. At the huge cost of only 5 people surviving from the entire company, they stopped the German attack and defended Moscow.
