The film is adapted from the novel by Nagira Shio. Hirose plays the "victim" Iechi Sarasa who was kidnapped at the age of 9, and Yokohama Ryusei plays Sarasa's fiancé. Matsuzaka will play the "perpetrator" at the time, college student Saeki Fumi. Tabe plays the nurse Tani Ayumu who is close to Saeki Fumi. The two people who live with the labels of "victim" and "perpetrator" actually hide the truth of the incident at that time.
