The story tells about a human boy named Mowgli who was raised by wolves in an Indian jungle. Under the guardianship of the brown bear Baloo and the black panther Bagheera, Mowgli learns the cruel rules of the forest and is eventually accepted by the animals and becomes one of them. Despite this, he still has to face the terrifying tiger Shere Khan, and Mowgli's human origins are a huge threat lurking in the forest.
