Do Ilchulbong (Park Jung-min), the son of the god-level con man Yi Er, meets the mysterious con man One-Eye (Ryu Seung-Bum) who is blind in one eye, and thus enters the world of real masters. Many skilled gamblers, led by One-Eye, receive the invitation card "One-Eyed Jack" that can change their fate, and start a life-and-death gamble.
