A warrior named Andy (Charlize Theron) leads a covert group of tight-knit mercenaries with mysterious indestructibility who have fought for centuries to protect the mortal world. But when the team is hired for an emergency mission and their unusual abilities are suddenly exposed, they rely on Andy and new soldier Nell (Kiki Layne) to help the team eliminate the threat posed by those who will do anything to copy and profit from their abilities.
