A working-class father of the future has recurring dreams of being destroyed by an unknown force. When his nightmares begin to affect his relationship with his family, he soon realizes that a relentless alien attack begins to destroy the Earth, and that these nightmares may be the key to a horrifying reality. As the invaders advance in waves, he must search for the strength to protect his family and uncover his true identity.
